VOTING INFORMATION

TO REGISTER YOU MUST...
- be a United States citizen, AND
- be a resident of Putnam County, Tennessee, AND
- be at least 18 years old by the next election, AND
- not have been convicted of a felony, or if you have, your full rights of citizenship must have been restored, or you must have received a pardon.

Anyone who registers by mail, must vote in person the first time he or she votes after registering.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
YOU DO NOT REGISTER BY POLITICAL PARTY IN TENNESSEE: However, you must declare a party when you vote in a Party Primary.
YOU MUST REGISTER TO VOTE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to your registration information at least 30 days prior to any election.
ELECTION DAY
The polls will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in all precincts in Putnam County on Election Days.
