STAC (strength training and conditioning)

The class provides some cardiovascular work, in addition to building lean muscle tissue, and increases muscle definition and boosts metabolism without building bulk or size.

Classic Step
Step classes offer a high intensity, yet low impact, workout that utilizes a raised step platform to provide a stair-climbing effect. Step exercises are as effective as running a seven-minute mile, only easier on the joints.

Step Up
If you are ready to step up your intensity, this class is for you. It is 45 minutes of step and 15 minutes of strength training. It builds on the principles of step, creating a new challenge for those who are conquering beginner step or those who are just starting out and catch on quick.

Kickboxing
This is a moderate- to high-intensity class that will allow participants to get a full cardio workout while toning. Using jabs, kicks and other various kickboxing combinations, the participants will increase agility, strength and power. No experience is necessary and it is sure to be a knockout.
